I had 2 intensive but fun days in Stockholm! The first day I met my friend and super stylist Angelina Jolin who lives in New York. I introduced her to Nella who is the agent for the Danish brand, Julie Fagerholt Heartmade in Sweden. Hopefully soon we will see a big international star in Heartmade. Day nr 2 I had a lovely breakfast with dearest Hermine Coyet Ohlén who was the Chief Editor for Elle Sweden for many years! Hermine still works for Aller publishing with other projects. The rest of the day I had meetings with Corinne & Friends, Jenny Fredriksson from Elle Sweden and Fia Haak the PR Manager for Sophie by Sophie. Soon I will tell you more about my meeting with Fia at Sophie by Sophie.
Yesterday was the opening of BOYY bags in Copenhagen and let me tell you that I fell in love with the boutique and Jesse Dorsey and Wannasiri Kongman, founders of Thailand-based handbag line. They have 3 boutiques in Bankok and in New York you can find the bags at Bergdorf Goodman. And don't miss the cool furry shoes. The boutique in Copenhagen is located on Christian IX´s Gade 10.
I had a great evening at the VIP party that Club Monaco had yesterday at NOMA in Copenhagen. CM is having a pop-up store through March 13. You will definitely find some great men's and women's fashion along with vintage books from the Strand bookstore in New York and much more. I fell in love with the vintage Birkin bag by Hermes. It's from 1962 and yours for 132.000 dkr. -Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
The new hyper-pared-down Birkin Sellier 40 is fantabulous! The goal was to create an essential design without clutter, the structured cowhide bag is extra-wide, has no lining and the stitching is extremely subtle. It’s a radically modern update of the elegant classic, which has been the subject of girl envy — and the cause of waiting lists — since it was first crafted in 1984. About $14,900, hermes.com.
